To create an account at v5v5 and use any of the platform's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

All values on the platform v5v5 are expressed in Brazilian Reais (R$ — BRL). No other currencies are supported. Limits, bonuses, and withdrawals are always calculated in R$.
To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified (KYC complete) and your available balance must be at least R$ 30.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered in the account holder's name. v5v5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Withdrawal processing times vary according to the user's VIP tier:
Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays are processed within the same timeframe — v5v5 operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for financial processing.
The v5v5 does not charge fees on withdrawals made via Pix. The amount you request is the amount you receive in your bank account, with no deductions. For TED withdrawals, the receiving bank may charge a transfer fee, which is outside the platform's control.
v5v5 may hold or delay withdrawals for security verification purposes, anti-money laundering checks, or to meet regulatory obligations. In such cases, the support team will reach out via email with the necessary information.
All bets on the v5v5 are final and binding once confirmed on screen. Users are responsible for reviewing all details before confirming — event, market, odds, and stake amount. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled except in the situations outlined in 6.3.
The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00. The maximum varies by event, sport, market, and the user's VIP tier. The v5v5 displays the maximum available limit directly on the bet slip before confirmation.
All odds at v5v5 are displayed in decimal (European) format by default. The total return on a bet is calculated by multiplying the stake by the odds — for example: R$ 100.00 × 2.50 = total return of R$ 250.00, with R$ 150.00 in net profit. Odds are set by the v5v5 and may be changed at any time before the bet is confirmed.
Bets may be cancelled and the stake refunded in the following cases:
In accumulator bets, if one selection is voided, the return is recalculated using the remaining selections, with the voided selection's odds replaced by 1.00.
The v5v5 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system error or data feed failure — for example, odds of 100.00 on an outcome with a real probability of 50%. In such cases, the full stake is refunded. The platform is not obligated to honor bets placed at odds that constitute a manifest error.
Live bets on the v5v5 follow the same general betting rules (Section 6), with the specifics below:
The cash out feature in live betting lets you settle a bet before the final result, receiving a value based on the current odds. Cash out may not be available at all times during a live event.
The welcome bonus at v5v5 offers a 200% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum bonus of R$ 2,000.00. To activate the bonus, your first deposit must be at least R$ 30.00 and must be made within 7 days of account creation. The bonus carries a 20x rollover requirement on the bonus amount, placed on bets with minimum odds of 1.50, before it can be converted to real balance and withdrawn.
The 15% weekly cashback is calculated on the net negative betting balance from the previous week (Monday to Sunday) and credited every Monday by 10:00 AM Brasília time. Cashback is credited as real balance with zero rollover, available for immediate withdrawal via Pix or for new bets. Cashback does not stack with other cashback credits in the same period.
The VIP Program of v5v5 has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with progressive benefits based on activity volume on the platform. Advancement between tiers is calculated based on the volume of settled bets over monthly or annual periods, according to the criteria published on the VIP Program page.
The v5v5 reserves the right to adjust progression criteria, tier benefits, and to downgrade users who do not maintain the minimum activity volume required for their current tier. VIP members whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation forfeit all accumulated benefits with no right to compensation.
