Five tiers of exclusivity. Weekly cashback, priority withdrawals, a dedicated account manager, and much more. The more you play at v5v5, the more the platform gives back to you.
If you play regularly at v5v5, you already know the platform doesn't treat everyone the same — and that's a compliment. The VIP Program was created precisely to recognize the players who show up consistently, who bet on the Brasileirão every week, who sit at the live Blackjack tables, and who follow every UFC fight. You invest in the fun, and v5v5 invests in you.
The program runs on a straightforward points system. Every BRL wagered — whether on slots, Sports Betting, crash games, or Live Casino — automatically earns points credited to your account. As your points grow, so does your level: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and, for the most dedicated players, the coveted Diamond. Each tier unlocks a broader set of benefits, including higher cashback, increased withdrawal limits, exclusive promotions, and priority support.
Best of all: no red tape. You don't need to fill out a form, call anyone, or wait for manual approval. The system tracks your points in real time, and when you cross the threshold for a new level, the benefits activate automatically — including the cashback from the previous week you'd already accumulated. The v5v5 doesn't hold back what's yours.
Pick your level — or better yet: just play and let the points decide for you
Every real wagered at v5v5 automatically converts into VIP points. The conversion rate varies slightly by game category, but the idea is simple: play more, earn more, level up faster.
Points are calculated on the amount wagered, not on your account balance. That means whether you win or lose, your points keep adding up the same way — making the program 100% fair for everyone.
1 point for every R$ 1.00 wagered
1.5 points for every R$ 1.00 wagered
1.2 points for every R$ 1.00 wagered

Beyond cashback, VIP members enjoy a range of perks that make a real difference day to day
All cashback balance accumulated during the week is credited directly to your account every Monday at 10 a.m. — no request needed. You wake up with extra money and start the week playing.
From Gold level onwards, you're covered by a 5% loss insurance on slots in a single session of over R$ 500.00. This isn't marketing — it's real money back in your account.
Silver members and above have their Pix withdrawals processed ahead of any other request in the queue. Diamond members receive theirs instantly — no manual review, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Every month, v5v5 hosts an exclusive tournament for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members. Rankings are based on accumulated VIP points, and the top 50 players split the total prize pool.
Diamond members receive special surprises on their birthday, during Carnival, and on Brazilian national holidays — bonuses, free spins, and even real-world experiences like tickets and exclusive events.
From Gold onwards, you get a real account manager on WhatsApp — someone who knows your history, suggests promotions tailored to your profile, and resolves any issue in minutes, not days.
There are plenty of online casinos out there that promise a VIP program and deliver nothing but pages of fine print impossible to follow. Absurd rollover requirements, cashback that disappears without notice, levels that drop for no reason. The v5v5 built the VIP Program from the ground up with Brazilian players in mind — people who work hard all week, want to have fun on the weekend, and deserve to be treated with transparency.
The cashback at v5v5 has no rollover. That's not a small detail — it's the difference between actually receiving your money and receiving it only on paper. When you see R$ 150.00 in cashback in your account, you can withdraw that amount directly. No wagering it 30 times first. No 3-day deadlines. It's yours, full stop.
Your VIP level doesn't drop overnight. At v5v5, your level is protected for at least 30 days after the month in which you reached it ends. If for any reason you don't requalify in the next window, you drop only one level — you don't go back to zero. The platform values the journey you've already made.
Another thing that sets it apart: points apply across every category. It doesn't matter if you're betting on Flamengo in the Libertadores, spinning Fortune Tiger at two in the morning, or sitting at a live blackjack table — it all counts. The v5v5 doesn't force you to play specific categories to earn points. Play whatever you enjoy.
For those who like to stay on top of things, your account dashboard shows in real time how many points you've earned this month, what the next level is, and how far you have to go. You watch your progress fill up like a bar, which makes the whole experience even more engaging — it's like a game within the casino.
Diamond members enjoy a completely different experience. On top of every benefit from previous levels, they get access to Live Casino rooms no one else can see — tables with betting limits above R$ 100,000.00 per hand, reserved exclusively for this select group. And when a live MMA or football event with special odds is coming up, Diamond members are the first to hear about it from their account manager, ahead of any public promotion.
There's no separate registration process. Every player who creates an account at v5v5 is already automatically enrolled in the VIP Program, starting at the Bronze level. From there, just play. The system tracks your points in real time, and level upgrades happen automatically when you hit the monthly target. You'll receive a notification on the platform, and from Gold onwards, your account manager will reach out personally to welcome you to your new level.
The first step is creating your account. Sign-up is quick — under 3 minutes — and you can deposit via Pix instantly, with immediate approval. No documents are needed to start playing; identity verification is only required on your first withdrawal, which is standard market practice. With your first deposit, you'll receive a 200% welcome bonus and start earning VIP points right away.
The v5v5 was built to last and grow with you. The VIP Program is proof of that — a rewards structure that recognizes loyalty, pays out for real, and hides nothing in the fine print. Whether you're a casual weekend bettor or a dedicated daily player, there's a VIP level that fits you. Your next step is waiting.
"I've been Platinum for three months and the cashback lands right on time every Monday. I've already received over R$ 3,200.00 just from cashback — no rollover, no hassle. My account manager gave me a heads-up about a double points promo on UFC that I had no idea about. Totally worth it."
"I hit Gold last month and the difference was immediate. Withdrawals used to take forever — now the money lands in under an hour. And the weekly free spins actually pay out. I won R$ 480.00 on one of them. v5v5 is the most honest platform I've ever used."
"I reached Diamond in four months betting on the Brasileirão and slots. Instant withdrawals are real — I sent a Pix of R$ 8,000.00 at 2 a.m. and the money hit my account in seconds. The Diamond level is worth every point you earn."
Sign up, deposit via Pix, and you're automatically in the VIP Program. Bronze today, Diamond tomorrow — the journey starts with one click.
